This booking covers the material fee only for a flake floor installation up to 400 sq ft. Full installation cost: $5 per sq ft Labor balance ($2,000 for 400 sq ft) is due on the day of service Includes epoxy flake, surface preparation, and sealing Booking secures your project date and ensures materials are ready Please note: Every floor we install is a one-of-a-kind artistic creation. Due to the nature of flake application, no two designs will ever be exactly alike—each project is truly custom.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Top Tier Epoxy Coating Effective Date: May 28, 2025 To ensure timely and quality service for all our clients, Top Tier Epoxy Coating has established the following booking policy: * **Free Estimates** We offer free on-site or virtual estimates. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email. A confirmation email or text will be sent upon booking. * **Design Consultations & Color Samples** While estimates are free, a non-refundable **design consultation or color sample fee may apply** when custom colors, sample boards, or advanced planning is requested. * **Booking Confirmation** All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed by our team. Confirmation is typically sent within 24–48 business hours. * **Rescheduling & Cancellations** Clients must provide at least **72 hours' notice** to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. Failure to do so may result in a **rescheduling fee** and loss of deposit or sample fee, if applicable. * **Missed Appointments** Missed appointments without notice may affect future scheduling priority and result in additional charges for future site visits. * **Arrival Time Window** Please allow a **30-minute arrival window** for our estimator or service provider due to traffic or project delays. * **After-Hours & Weekend Appointments** Limited after-hours (after 4 PM) and weekend (until 2 PM) appointments are available upon request and may be subject to availability. * **Client Preparedness** Clients should ensure the project area is accessible, clean, and safe for the estimator or technician.
