Service Agreement
All services are subject to acceptance and scheduling by Top Tier Epoxy Coating. Project start dates are confirmed upon receipt of required deposit and signed client agreement.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable materials/design fee or percentage deposit is required to initiate work. Final balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees and project delays.
Custom Designs
All epoxy designs, especially metallic finishes, are unique. Due to the artistic application process, exact duplication of any sample, previous job, or customer expectations is not guaranteed.
Warranty and Limitations
Standard installations include a 1-Year Limited Warranty against material failure or workmanship defects. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, chemical exposure, improper maintenance, or moisture issues beneath the substrate.
Project Conditions
Client must provide safe, accessible, and suitable site conditions for work. Additional charges may apply for delays due to improper site prep, undisclosed issues, or rescheduling.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refer to our Refund Policy for details on materials/design fees and client cancellations. Once a job has begun or materials have been ordered, cancellation fees will apply.
Intellectual Property
All content, images, and text on our website are the property of Top Tier Epoxy Coating and may not be reused or copied without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Top Tier Epoxy Coating is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
