At Top Tier Epoxy Coating, we take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and custom flooring solutions. Due to the nature of our services and materials, we maintain the following refund policy:

Material & Design Fees: All payments for materials, color samples, and custom design fees are non-refundable once the project has been scheduled and materials have been ordered.

Labor & Installation: Payments made for labor or services already rendered are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs before installation begins, labor fees may be refunded at the company's discretion, minus any material or preparation costs incurred.

Rescheduling Policy: Clients may request to reschedule their installation with at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in a rescheduling fee.

Design Disclaimer: All metallic and custom finishes are artistic in nature. Variations in color, texture, and pattern are expected and part of the uniqueness of your floor. Refunds will not be issued due to variation in final design.

Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the project after materials have been purchased or custom colors mixed, the client is responsible for all material and labor preparation costs incurred up to the cancellation point.
